Public health and Nutrition is the major tool for development health, basic and daily need of life, reduction in global poverty and hunger in the world

The aim of presentation consist of major food science, nutrition, food nutrients, health and poverty were studied and reported that nutrition and food science are the major tool for the development of health, reduction in global poverty and hunger in the world. The study reported that food is the basic need of our life and the food chemistry deals with the production, processing, preparation, and utilization of food like plants and animals which are the main source of food and food nutrients. Similarly, the basic food chemistry deals with three major food components such as carbohydrate, lipids and protein which are found in plants and animals cells. It is also called as the food science. Food science is the study of the physical, biological and chemical makeup of food, the causes of food deterioration and the concepts underlying food processing. Food scientists and technologists apply scientific disciplines including chemistry, engineering, microbiology and nutrition to the study of food to improve the safety, nutrition, wholesomeness and availability of food. Food carbohydrates include sugar, starches and fibers, lipids include fats, oil, waxes and cholesterol. Protein is very important component of food and necessary for the life of human being. The study reported that Public health has been defined as "the science and art of preventing disease, prolonging life and promoting human health through organized efforts and informed choices of society, organizations, public and private, communities and individuals. Another worlds, Public health promotes and protects the health of people and the communities where they live, learn, work and play. While a doctor treats people who are sick. Similarly, Public health is the science of protecting and improving the health of people and their communities. This work is achieved by promoting healthy lifestyles, researching disease and injury prevention, and detecting, preventing and responding to infectious diseases. Another worlds, Public health is defined as the science of protecting the safety and improving the health of communities through education, policy making and research for disease and injury prevention. The definition of public health is different for every person. The total number of countries are available in the world are 224, consist of 49 developed countries, 149 developing countries, 4 observers states, 8 state with partial recognition and 14 unrecognized states but the South Asia comprises the countries of Pakistan, Bangladesh, India, Bhutan, Maldives, Nepal and Sri Lanka South Aisa is about one fifth of the world’s population, which is considered as the most densely populated region in the world. In the light of the above study, the industry of nutrition and fitness should be commercialized for the development of health, basic need and daily use of life, absorbing millions of technical and non-technical people, like engineers, doctors, agriculturist etc, generate income, create employment, increase the job, stronger economy, reduce financial crises, global poverty and hunger in the developing countries of the world like South Asia particularly in Pakistan.

"Fever is not symptom of any disease. None of diseases require fever as its symptom "

Symptom Definition is the only parameters necessary for a Symptom. As any or all other definitions, symptom definition should be describe the symptom scientifically. If it cannot describe clearly, there is no use of a symptom definition. A symptom is a departure from normal function or feeling which is noticed only by a patient, indicating the presence of disease or abnormality. One cannot be understand directly the temperature is elevated in hypothalamus .A mechanical device is necessary to measure elevated temperature in hypothalamus. In symptom definition, fever definition can’t be found. The elevation of body temperature is not included in symptom definition. The main evidence which proves that fever is not a symptom of disease is symptom definition itself. Elevated temperature or increased temperature never make fever or symptoms of fever. it may create hyperthermia. None of diseases or cause of diseases require fever as its symptom. If the mosquito bites its virus, bacteria, venom gets deposited in the body as a result according to nature and strength of virus, bacteria ,venom symptoms like itching, pain and signals like colour change, inflammation, may occurred. we can see the symptoms, Signals and indications of virus, bacteria, venom which multiple or spreading or damages(disease) the body before fever emerge . The symptoms of virus, bacteria and venom are not based on fever. The symptom, signs and signals are shown every time when virus, bacteria and venom are present in the body. In such a situation fever is not necessary, because fever is not seen in everyone. In a state of multi-disease conditions, if fever is caught and cured, fever will not show the symptoms of other diseases. In H1N1 infections 30% of patients actually had no fever. There is a sharp difference between Symptoms of fever and symptoms of rising temperature. Symptoms of fever includes body pain, fatigue to mind and body, reduced appetite, reduced motion and indigestion, internal and external discomfort, etc., The symptoms, signs, signals of fever are only seen at the presence of fever. During cancer the symptom, signs and signals of cancer are shown every time. A patient having cancer and fever at the same time, symptoms, signs and signals of both cancer and fever are shown every time. A symptom of cancer never become symptom of fever or a symptom of fever can never become symptom of cancer. During cancer the symptom, signs and signals of cancer are shown every time. How can separate symptom of disease and symptom of fever. In fever, both symptom of disease and symptom of Fever are included. Deduct symptom of disease from total symptoms we will get symptom of fever. Like that we can separate signs, signals, and actions of both fever and disease.

Camel Milk, Pasture and Medicinal Properties

For Arabs in the Middle East and Africa, camel milk is a source of food, drink and medicine. The medicinal properties of camel milk are the product of the camel’s pasture, grazing on certain plants that have been considered a remedy for disease. Among pastoral nomadic population in Asia and Africa, almost all their food is obtained from grain, mostly wheat and barley grown on land held by their clan. Some food is also obtained from wild plants, herd animals – mostly sheep and goats, as well as some cows and camels. Some plants on which camel graze tend to scent or flavor their milk. It is a common practice to lead camels to eat certain plants in order to use the milk for a specific medicinal purpose in treating a wide range of diseases, including cancer. This paper argues that most of the medical properties and constituents of the camel milk are a product of the nature of the plants on which camels are pastured.

Perceived stress among Syrian refugees who are university students in Jordan: across sectional comparative study attending private universities

A significant number of Syrians refugees are studying in Jordan’s private universities. Syrians refugees are prone to many health problems, of which stress is one of the most common. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to compare the perceived stress between Syrian refugees and Jordanian university students. The results revealed that there are significant differences between Syrian refugees studying in Jordan’s universities and Jordanian university students, in terms of their demographic characteristics. For example, Syrian refugee students were younger than Jordanian students. The perceived stress scale 10 (PSS 10), showed moderate levels of stress among Syrian and Jordanian university students. However, the mean level on the PSS 10for Syrian students was significantly higher than for Jordanian university students. As a result of this, Syrians refugees, who are students in Jordan’s universities: a)should have access to health care facilities and b) should engage in more programs to help them to control and deal with their stress.

Erythrocytes Lactate Transport During Exercise in Humans

Lactic acid is a nutrient involved mainly in muscular and hepatic metabolism. Our aim is to investigate the participation of erythrocytes to blood transport of lactate during physical effort. Lactic acid erythrocyte transport is studied in vivo in 9 subjects carrying 5 min of physical exercise on a ergocyclometer at 120-130 W, 50-70 % VO2max followed by a 130 min recovery. Lactic acid is assessed by amperometric method, it is first oxidized by LDH in the presence of hexacyanoferrate III and cytochrome b2. Erythrocyte lactic acid (LG) is determined from plasma (LP) and whole blood lactic acid. The overall lactate evolution during recovery could be accurately described by a sum of two exponential terms. At the end of exercise, LP (5.19 ± 2.42 mmol/l) is two times higher than LG (2.64 ± 0.94 mmol/l). LP and LG reach a peak after the end of exercise at 3 mn and 7 mn, respectively. Recovery with return of LP and LG to initial values lasted 105 mn. LG dropped between 0-2 mn of exercise in all subjects. Erythrocyte transport represents 45 % of that of plasma (r = 0.90). Plasma lactic acid determine a LP-LG gradient to favor an erythrocyte lactic acid afflux [LG = 0.84*(LP-LG) ; r = 0.90]. Erythrocyte transport of lactic acid may be considered as a regulatory factor in acido-basic balance during exercise and acts as a well of lactate which increase muscular efflux of lactic acid.
